There were singers and poets that showcased their talents as  opening acts that to the crowd, and they were all very talened and entertaining. This event was hosted Kesha J, and we had a surprise performance by “Taj, & the Black Diamond Band.” Taj (formerly of the 90’s group “The Boys”) brought his younger brother on stage to sing with him and the band as well.  The attendees were able to take selfies and us-ees with Floacist after the show, while she signed her CD’s as well. It’s nothing like having those solid back bones of moral support. Who is Nino played his self titled album for all attending guest and the album available on iTunes. The self titled album ‘Who Is Nino’ is an independent project produced Nino who is R&B artist, writer and producer, formerly Bertell. He has been a past headliner of our Time 2 Shine Concert Series, and the I AM Music platform in the past, so we are VERY familiar with his brand and movement. His first single is titled ‘Dope Chick’ and we had the opportunity to listen to the live version at the event along with his guitarist and keyboardist. There is nothing like live music, and watching artist poor their heart and soul into the microphone. Guests were treated to complimentary drinks, hors d’ oeuvres and a good plethora of networking

Give us a time line of who is Rodney Perry? “Rodney Perry is a Stand up Comedian who had the pleasure of working closely with Mo’Nique on BET’s Mo’Nique Show, also had the pleasure of co-hositing on TV one’s Who Got Jokes with Bill Belemy, and now it’s my time 2 shine with my own situation, and it’s showing to be my new ‘calling card.’  I’m proud to announce I am the official  host Bounce TV’s “Off The Chain” Premiering Tuesday January 13, 2015 at 9pm.”

Awesome.. and you have hosted two past seasons of “Off the chain” correct? “Yes I have, that was the half hour special, and the one premiering on Tuesday January 13, 2015 is a one hour special of just me.”

You went from hosting 30 minutes to having your own season, how did that come about? “They came to me and asked me did I ant my own spotlight because they thought I did such a good job with the 30 minute segments. I was honored, and thought why not, and the rest is history.”

Who are some of the comedians that you have worked with in the past that you actually enjoyed working with? “Wow and the list goes on lol.. Kym Whitley, Mo’Nique, Bill Bellamy, George Lopez took me on the road with him, Cedric The Entertainer, and Steve Harvey.”

If you could change anything about your journey/path to where you are now, what would it be? “I would not change anything because I would not be where I am without all of my experiences that I’ve had. Everything is about timing, and again, I would not change a thing.”

What’s different from the 30 minute season, from the hour season that you are hosting? “It is exclusively about me. I don’t have the share the hour with anyone, and you get one hour of watching and viewing me and my jokes.” Did you have fun with all of the comedians working side by side? “Yes i did.”

What is the creative process when coming up material to entertain your audience? “I create from the people around me, and from real life experiences. I like to live life to the fullest.”

What is your social media & website for your fans to get in touch with you? www.RodneyPerry.com IG @RODNEYPERRYLIVE & TWITTER @RODNEYPERRY & FB: www.facebook.com/rodneyperry

Comedian Rodney Perry will headline his very own one-hour special as the third installment of Bounce TV’s popular, family-friendly original comedy series Off The Chain. Off The Chain: Rodney Perry premieres on Tuesday, January 13 at 9/8pm (CT). Off The Chain features some of the most hilarious African American comedians on the stand-up scene. For season three, Bounce TV turns over the microphone to one comic per show, expanding to an hour-long format.

Perry is not a newcomer to the Bounce TV “Off the Chain” stage, having hosted seasons one and two of the series as well as the network’s successful  “Off The Chain Live!” in-market comedy tour last summer. He had the opportunity to learn the business of comedy on his first job serving as writer and warm-up comedian for Kym Whitley’s “Oh Drama” series on BET. Perry continued building his resume by opening for world class acts including George Lopez, Cedric the Entertainer and Steve Harvey; however it was Academy Award winner, Mo’Nique, that introduced him to the world of late night talk shows as her partner in crime on BET’s “Mo’Nique Show.”

Best known as the co-host for TV One’s “Who’s Got Jokes,” and as Harold in “Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family,” Perry is preparing for 2015 with a new made-for-TV comedy special “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” and hosting his popular online radio show, “Rodney Perry Live.” Perry calls Atlanta home and continues to sell out audiences across the world, including entertaining American troops stationed in Japan.

UFE-TV ACCESS was granted access to the media-invited private listening session for Natalia Rich. For those of you who are unfamiliar, Natalia Rich was born and raised in Holland, Netherlands, Natalia’s native language is Dutch. Her accent was pretty cool! It was when she moved to St. Maarten at the age of 12 that has given her that very noticeable island accent. This is also where her eyes were opened to the world of Reggae and Dancehall music. She did mention that she started in the church singing gospel as well. Because of her distinguishable voice and island roots, she has been compared to Rihanna. She is most certainly a “bad girl gone good”, holding fast to her Christian faith and the importance of God in her life.

The invited media outlets chowed down on the refreshments and drinks while we listened to Natalia’s first single, “Mash It Up” on repeat, and it is sure to be a hit, followed by her second single “On My Mind”. After  everyone was done eating, Josh King introduced her to everyone and conducted an interview. Her Music is an exciting mix of European with an Island flavor. Heavily influenced and inspired by Michael Jackson, Natalia plans to tour and be internationally known for giving the world music with a message of positivity, and a wealth of knowledge.
