Jennifer Hudson is well-known for her calm, Christian demeanor, but she is not one to mess with, especially when people have been claiming that she sacrificed family members in order to gain success. You know Christians don’t do that!

For those unaware, Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew were murdered by her sister’s estranged husband years ago. The murders were obviously a very tragic time for her family and had a deep effect on her. That’s clear to see when the “Spotlight” singer was asked what she thought of the accusations that she had her family members murdered to ensure fame for herself.

In an interview with DC’s Majic 102.3 to promote her latest album, Hudson said that she feels disrespected to be accused of being a member of the alleged Illuminati, a group of ultra-rich celebrities who worship Satan. Celebrities such as Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Kanye West, and Lady Gaga have all been accused of selling their soul and sacrificing loved ones to gain access to their fame.

Hudson shot down these accusation.

“I think people find a way to discredit people in everything you do. Nothing is ever what it really is. And at the end of the day, we all work hard for what we get and what we do just like anyone else. And it’s unfair that some people would be that cruel to impose such negativity on things that is done from a positive place and perspective. And t’s very hurtful and extremely upsetting. Especially coming from a Christian standpoint.

Every time I hear stuff like that, I’m like ‘You will not take the credit for God’s work and give it to Satan. Not on my watch. Not on my watch.’ So again, it’s extremely upsetting. There’s so much to be said about that, but you don’t have the time, and neither do I.” Wellllllllll
