Well Well Well!! Fans of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” probably didn’t see this coming! Kirk Frost, who cheated on his wife Rasheeda and possibly fathered a child, had the nerve to serve his wife of 17 years with divorce papers! WOWW!!
Frost is dealing with marital problems after being caught cheating on his wife Rasheeda yet again! Kirk originally refused to take a paternity test to determine if he is the father of Jasmine Washington’s baby boy. He finally agrees to take the test, but will go through his lawyer because he feels Jasmine is a scam artist.
Frost met with an attorney to see if he can sue for defamation and slander following all of Washington’s claims. Of course, if Kirk would have been a committed husband he wouldn’t be in all this mess!
Frost’s attorney advises him to take a paternity test to settle the matter once and for all. Frost agreed, telling his lawyer: “I got myself involved with some scheming people and they are trying to get money out of me.”
His attorney also tells him that Rasheeda would have rights to everything if they filed for divorce. This is crazy!!
Rasheeda enjoys a trip away with her kids Karter and Ky Frost, as well as her mother Shirleen. Her older son hopes Rasheeda will give Kirk another chance.
Kirk shows up and the kids are excited to see him, until they realize he brought divorce papers with him. Kirk hands Rasheeda the separation papers, telling her that he doesn’t want the Jasmine Situation to impact what they (Kirk & Rasheeda) have built.
Kirk tells Rasheeda, “I don’t want to drag you into my situation. I’m just making sure you’re free and clear. If something was to happen in the future, I don’t want you to be tied down for something that I could’ve did.”
Frost is shown in his confessional saying, “If she wants a divorce, I want her to know I’m willing to give her everything. I don’t want this Jasmine girl to get her hands on anything that me and Rasheeda have worked so hard to build together.”
